Excavations in the territories of Milena, Marianopoli, and Caltanissetta have uncovered artifacts that tell the story of well-organized agricultural and pastoral communities, with rudimentary but functional dwellings. With the arrival of the Greeks, starting in the 8th century BC, the area experienced an important phase of cultural, economic, and architectural growth. The archaeological sites of <strong>Sabucina, Vassallaggi, Gibil Gabib, Cozzo Scavo, Polizzello, and Raffe<\/strong> testify to this flourishing period, becoming true centers of attraction for scholars and visitors from all over the world.<\/p>\n<h2>Monte Raffe: archaeology between history and landscape<\/h2>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A few kilometers from Mussomeli, the site of <strong>Monte Raffe<\/strong> stands out for its dominant position and exceptional archaeological value.
